Topics covered in the Resilience Program

This program enhances mental health on college campuses by providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to form healthy relationships, recognize mental health issues, and get treatment and support. At its core, this online training focuses on building resilience. Because a strong and unified community is so critical to the mental health of college students, the program also provides students with real facts about alcohol, drugs, and the dangers associated with substance use while teaching them how to interact with diverse groups.
